- Our Mission -
Founded by Izumi Hope (alias name) in 2021, kinda-like-a-not-therapists is a system or an organization that is aiming to help people in need of a safe space, solace, or a piece of advice, as well as anything else. Currently, this system is both a safe space to talk, a friendly advisory, and a literary online magazine runner (which pursues to help people through pictures of soothing, calming things and the beauty of nature as well as writing pieces that gives inspiration, relatability––that you are not alone––and advises on things that people go through and struggle with). How far can we go? How deep can we reach? How much change can we make—are there left, to make?
Outreach
We have so far received over 307+ submissions from 10 different countries, and 5 continents while reaching over 83 people.
Publication
We have published over 77 young artists and writers. And, am hoping to have published over 100 rising artists and writers by the end of our second issue; pursuing to reach as many people and make our system known.
Projects
Aimed solely to help people and offer solace through the unspoken words of art and writing, we have recently printed out anthologies that will be distributed to patients in the hospitals near our system's location. Also, planning on interviewing and having accomplished singers/artists, submit to our publication.
